Energyoung was born from a simple observation: many of us spend our days reacting to demands instead of living with intention. We set out to change that by creating a space where mindful planning is accessible, practical, and genuinely enjoyable.
Based in Helsinki, Finland, our small but dedicated team includes Aapo Saarinen, Iida Kallio, and Noora Nieminen. We blend Nordic design sensibilities with a deep appreciation for slow, purposeful living and draw inspiration from the Finnish concept of harmony in simplicity.
